As a reminder, all House of Grace services are very important to us, are by appointment only and that time is reserved exclusively for you. Our goal is to ensure that we provide you with the quality services and staff members you have grown to love and expect. These policies are a way to acknowledge that we value each other’s time and intend to build a trusting and respectful relationship. Please be sure to alert us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule so we can offer your appointment time to another guest on our wait list.

Booking Policy:

A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.

No Show/No call Policy:

Missed appointments are hard on our staff and leave other guests waiting. Any no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount, billed to your credit card on file. Our policies, including our 24 hour cancellation period give us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and offer services to other guests.

Late Policy:

We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, so we kindly give a 15 minute grace period. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

Right to Refuse Service Cancellation Policy:

The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the House of Grace Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or a fever) and rude/ obnoxious behavior. Thank you for your understanding.

Complaint/Redo Policy:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please call within 48 hours of your service and we will be happy to discuss a plan moving forward. 

How to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so via your text or email confirmation within a 24 hour time period.  You may also call us at 410-231-2790 during salon hours (Wednesday 10-8, Thursday 10-8, Fridays 9-4 and e/o Saturday 9-3).  Calls left on our voicemail within the 24 hour period will be honored as canceling within the acceptable time frame and no charges will be made.
