SOUTHERN MARYLAND’S LUXURY SALON

Built on People. Built on Grace.

Two floral-patterned chairs with yellow, grey, and white flowers, each with a pillow, one pillow is white with a hairdresser scissors design, the other is yellow. A small round side table with glasses of wine and a potted plant between the chairs, in a salon or waiting area.

Some places just feel different the moment you walk in. The welcome is genuine. The care is real. You exhale without knowing why.

That's what House of Grace was built to be. And everything we do, from the way we greet you at the door to the way we invest in our team, is rooted in that intention.

This is The House.

And it was built for you.

Why "The House"

Grace Mansfield named her salon after her grandmother — and the feeling her grandmother's house always created. It was a place where everyone who walked through the door felt they belonged. Warm, welcoming, safe. The kind of space that wraps around you the moment you arrive.

When it came time to build something of her own, Grace knew exactly what she wanted it to feel like. Not just a place to get great hair — though you'll absolutely get that — but a place that feels like coming home.

That's The House.

MEET GRACE

Grace Mansfield is a stylist, educator, and founder — but she'll be the first to tell you the salon was never just about hair.

After years in the beauty industry, Grace saw an opportunity to build something different. Not a salon built on burnout or survival, but one built on people. On education. On integrity. On the belief that this industry — especially for women — can be so much more than it often is.

She wanted to create a space where stylists could build real careers, not just jobs. Where guests could trust that every visit would be thoughtful, consistent, and worth every dollar. Where the standard was high and the welcome was even higher.

In June 2022 she opened the doors in Lusby, Maryland. What started as a single location has grown into a two-location, culture-driven brand with a passionate team and a guest list that keeps coming back.

Grace's leadership philosophy is simple: when you invest in people, everything else rises.

The People Behind The House

Every stylist at House of Grace was chosen with intention. Not just for their technical skill (though that bar is high) but for their character. Their commitment to growth. Their belief that a great salon experience starts with a genuine connection.

Our team is made up of highly trained professionals who are invested in their craft, their clients, and each other.

They show up educated, they stay curious, and they genuinely care about the person sitting in their chair.

This is what sets us apart.
Not just the color.
Not just the cut.

The people.

What We Stand For

House of Grace is a culture-driven salon. That's not a tagline, it's how every decision gets made.

We lead with integrity. We rise together. We share knowledge. We celebrate growth. We don't believe in shortcuts. We believe in foundations.

That means our guests receive consistent, high-quality service from a team that is genuinely invested in their results.

And it means our stylists have access to real education, real mentorship, and a real path forward — because we know that confident stylists create exceptional experiences.

We Invest in Education

Continuing education isn't optional at The House, it's core to who we are.

Our team is always learning, always growing, always bringing something new to the chair.

We Protect the Culture

As we grow, our culture travels with us.

Both locations operate with the same values, the same standards, and the same commitment to making every guest feel like they belong.

We Build Real Careers

House of Grace was built to be a place where stylists can build long-term, sustainable careers.

We create paths forward — not dead ends.
