Grow Your Career at Southern Maryland's Premier Hair Salon

This isn't a job listing. It's an invitation.

If you're a stylist who loves this industry but feels like it hasn't loved you back — we built this place for you. House of Grace exists to prove that a salon can be different. That you can have great hair, a great culture, and a career that actually grows.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, keep reading.

Why Stylists Choose The House

Grace Mansfield built House of Grace because she saw what burnout looked like — and she refused to replicate it.

She wanted to create something different. A salon where the culture is protected, the education is real, and the path forward is clear. Where stylists don't just survive — they grow. They earn. They build something that lasts.

That vision didn't happen by accident. It was built intentionally, decision by decision, from day one.

A message from

I built this salon because I believe this industry can be more incredible than we can imagine, especially for women.

I want House of Grace to be a place where you can build a long-term, sustainable career. Where you have access to education, mentorship, and real opportunity. Where you don't have to choose between loving your work and loving your life.

I am intensely passionate about this industry and the people in it. I will work hard to make a difference for every person on this team. And I will not stop until we've built something that truly changes lives — behind the chair and beyond it.

If you're ready to grow, I'm ready to invest in you.

Who Thrives at The House

A hairstylist with long brown hair and brown boots is working on a woman's hair at a salon. The woman is seated in a black salon chair, wearing a black cape, and working on a laptop. Large mirrors and salon tools are visible in the background.

We're not just looking for technical skill — though that matters. We're looking for people who care. Who are curious. Who want to keep growing and who believe a great salon experience starts with a genuine human connection.

If you show up with passion, integrity, and a willingness to learn, The House will meet you there.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Are passionate about the craft and committed to continuing education.

  • Believe that culture and kindness aren't optional in a workplace.

  • Want to build a real career — not just fill a schedule.

  • Are ready to be part of a team that rises together.

  • Are looking for a salon home, not just a salon job.

The Industry Can Be Better.
We're Proving It.

House of Grace was built to show what a salon can be when it's run with intention, led with integrity, and built on people.

We're growing — and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

Both locations. One standard. One culture. One House.
