Our Services

House of Grace Salon provides professional hair, waxing, and beauty services at two locations in Southern Maryland — Lusby and Owings, MD. Service availability may vary by location and stylist. We reserve the right to update our service menu and pricing at any time.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform, Phorest. By booking an appointment you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and any relevant hair history.

We recommend booking a complimentary consultation before your first color or extension service. Without a consultation we cannot guarantee that your scheduled appointment length will accommodate your desired result.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ask that you value ours. The following policies apply to all appointments.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Missed appointments without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a no-show.

Pricing

All pricing is listed as starting prices and may vary based on your stylist's level, your hair type, length, and the complexity of your service. Your stylist will walk you through final pricing during your consultation or at the start of your appointment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment for services and retail purchases in salon: cash, credit card, and debit card. Gratuity is accepted by cash, card, or Venmo. Gift card purchases are processed online through Phorest.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in salon and online through Phorest. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds are not offered for completed services but we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment where appropriate.

Photography & Social Media

House of Grace Salon may photograph client results for use on our website and social media platforms. By receiving services at House of Grace Salon you consent to being photographed for these purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise before your appointment begins. We will always respect your wishes.

If you tag House of Grace Salon in your own social media posts you grant us permission to share your content on our platforms with appropriate credit.
